Hey church fam..long overdue for an update on my dad.
He was admitted to KGH on July 11th, “on deaths doorstep.”
And by the grace of god he has been medically CLEARED, no further dialysis required and he was released from KGH on Nov 6th.
His road to recovery is not yet finished though, and we still need prayer - soo much prayer!
My dad was unable to move for 4 months and therefore lost ALL of his muscle mass. He has been doing physio for a while, but he is in a lot of pain and has not been making amazing progress with getting mobile again. They have had to place him in a nursing home. His first night was Nov 6th.
I know this is sooo hard for him. He has so much anxiety and untreated panic disorders he is so far away from me and now his wife, as the nursing home is about an hour away from her home, 2 hours away from mine.
Please pray for full recovery. Pray for pain free physio. Pray that he follow my footsteps in recovery from his addiction.
I am so grateful that he is alive, but I hate this for him so much at the same time

A gal from our present Seeds class needs prayer. Rebecca's 18 year old son has pneumonia and has been coughing up blood. We are praying for complete healing. He's on day 4 of antibiotics. Also peace for Rebecca as she's leaving in 10 days for HER wedding in the Dominican Republic and she'd sure like her son to be there. thanks much.

My sister who has cancer just spent another month in hospital, has now been deemed palliative. I will be going to Ottawa to be there for girls. Please for courage and grace and peace. My church family has been praying for her and I thank all of you. Pray for me so that I can minister to her girls during this time. Fernande is saved but does not want to leave her girls. God is Good. We need a miracle.
